The Metrolink expansion continues with a new service now up and running from East Didsbury, providing quick and easy access to Manchester city centre, Oldham and Rochdale, and the rest of the Metrolink network.
Our trams run every 12 minutes* during the day, stopping at the stations listed below. The journey time to Manchester city centre from East Didsbury is approximately 30 minutes, much less than the equivalent peak-time journey by road.
To assist travellers from further afield to the Metrolink services in Didsbury, the East Didsbury stop located on Parrs Wood Lane and the junction on Kingsway, has a free Park and Ride facility for over 300 cars. This means you no longer need to drive into Manchester city centre, simply park up and jump on the tram.
The Park and Ride facility is for the use of Metrolink passengers only.
