Etihad Stadium

The Etihad stadium is directly adjacent to the Etihad Campus stop.
With a journey time of around 10 minutes from the city centre and trams departing there to the Etihad every six minutes getting to the stadium by tram couldn’t be easier.
Match goers can catch a direct tram to the Etihad Stadium from any city centre stop. The only exception is, Deansgate –Castlefield on a Sunday  where passengers will need to change at Piccadilly. To see all routes click here.
You can keep up to date with the latest travel information at or by following us on twitter @MCRMetrolink.
We offer a range of ticket options for match goers.
If you don’t have a Manchester City travel seasoncard, you can purchase a ticket on the day via the ticket machines, which are located on all platforms. You must be in possession of a valid ticket before you board a tram.
An off-peak return ticket from Piccadilly station is just £3.00 for an adult, £1.40 for a child and £4.30 for a family (up to 2 adults and 3 children). Off-peak travelcards are also available and offer great value, allowing unlimited travel anywhere on the Metrolink network.  A day travelcard is £5 for an adult, £2 for a child and £6.20 for a family.
Match goers travelling into the city centre by rail can purchase a Metrolink add-on to their rail ticket allowing onward travel to the stadium by tram. Check with your local rail station or rail ticket agent for details.
