Monday 14 August: Changes to earlybird Airport services


On Monday 14 August overnight planned maintenance work will mean some changes to the Manchester Airport ‘earlybird’ service.

While work will be completed as soon as possible some earlybird services (starting approx. 3am) will be replaced by buses.
Customers using these services are advised to buy a Metrolink ticket as normal before boarding the replacement bus. Tickets are available from machines on stop or via the get me there app (from Google Play and Apple stores).
A full Metrolink service will run for the morning peak hours.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Our staff will be at stops to offer assistance for customers using buses.
