  1. All regulations and terms and conditions of host social media channels must be adhered to.
  2. Photography must be submitted using “#catchthesummer” to be counted as an entry. Photos submitted in this way will be re-posted by TfGM at TfGM’s own discretion.
  3. Any inappropriate or irrelevant photos will be removed by TfGM and spam users blocked.
  4. Those with ‘private’ account setting on social channels will not be able to enter; to do so accounts must be made ‘public’. They can then be switched back to ‘private’ once content has been pulled through.
  5. In accepting the prize, the winner will be granting their permission for TfGM to photograph, re-post the winning photograph on Instagram and interview them for promotional purposes if required.
  6. Prizes will be issued at timings and to the value of TfGM’s discretion throughout the campaign. Winners will have seven days to confirm their acceptance of any prize once contacted, acceptance can be given through private message to TfGM.
  7. This competition is not open to Metrolink, TfGM, MRDL, RATP Dev UK, MPT, Keolis Amey or Dinosaur ltd employees or their immediate families.
  8. Should photography be chosen to feature in the campaign posters, permission will be sought from the participant prior.
  9. No cash alternative is offered.
  10. Prizes are non-transferable and are for use by the winner only. They cannot be resold.
  11. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
