Work will continue on the depot site to prepare it for the construction of the new buildings. Foundations, drainage and other ground level preparatory work will take place over the next couple of months. Measures will be taken to minimise any noise and dust, such as using silencers where possible, dampening down materials with water and minimising movement of material. For example, by re-processing the concrete slabs broken up and crushed earlier this year, we have significantly reduced the number of deliveries to the site over the next few months.
