Work will start in May to install permanent drainage down the length of the cutting. This will involve the use of machinery to dig trenches along the trackbed. Once this is complete, we will then be able to start putting in place the foundations for the new tram stops and widen the base of the cutting to accommodate the tram line later this summer. This will involve the use of piling rigs.
