Conditions of Carriage
All season tickets are issued subject to the Metrolink Conditions
of Carriage.
Validity
A season ticket is only valid when:

Accompanied by a current Metrolink Travel Club membership
card. |

Within the dates specified on the ticket. |
 |
Within the zones specified on the ticket. |
You will need to be in possession of a Metrolink Travelclub Card,
which has your unique membership number. The Travelclub Membership
is valid for 5 years and is free of charge. Please see the tickets
section of this web site for details of how to join the scheme.
Conditions of Purchase
Please allow at least 5 working days prior to your ticket start
date when applying online.
Lost & Stolen Tickets
Season tickets reported as not received in the post, will be replaced
by Metrolink. Further tickets that are purchased via Metrolink on-line
ticketing system will be sent by Registered Delivery at the customer’s
expense.
4-weekly, Quarterly and Annual tickets reported as lost by the customer
will be subject to an administration charge of £25.00 for
reissue. The reported loss must be accompanied by a lost property
reference obtained from the police together with proof of purchase
(if not purchased directly from Metrolink).
A season ticket reported stolen will also be subject to an administration
charge of £10.00 and must accompanied by a crime report number
from the police, together with proof of purchase (if not purchased
directly from Metrolink).
Ticket Refunds
Ticket refunds are available by applying in writing to Metrolink
Customer Services, explaining why the ticket is no longer required
for use. You should enclose the season ticket together with proof
of purchase. An administration fee of £25.00 will deducted
from the value of your refund.
