Metrolink Ticket Machines provides an easy and accessible way to purchase your tickets

Metrolink’s easy and accessible system offers something for everyone. Daily tickets can be purchased from one of the ticket machines at our stops, these include great value MetroMax tickets.

All tickets must be purchased prior to boarding a Metrolink vehicle and retained until you leave the station at your final destination.

Now you can buy your season tickets from hundreds of local shops using the PayPoint system.

We regularly carry out ticket inspections - failure to produce a ticket when requested can result in a standard fare of up to £80.
